Leadership
Green Cedar is led by founder and managing partner Amy Wang together with partner Mr. Zhang Hongfan, combining healthcare operations, capital transactions, financial advisory and group management experience.
Ms. Wang brings more than a decade of experience across hospital operations, healthcare group management, industry investment and corporate development. Her career has progressed from front-line hospital management to group investment operations, cross-border M&A, post-investment management and strategic advisory.
Founder and Director. Built a specialist advisory platform spanning corporate management, commercial analysis, project support and cross-border services, with a client and partner network across Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Director of Investment & Operations, Medical Management Center. Led strategic planning, domestic and international healthcare project development, due diligence, transaction structuring, financial modelling, negotiations, post-investment management and healthcare sector research.
Participated in the acquisition of a major Australian diagnostic imaging business and the acquisitions of Pujiang Second Hospital, Chongzhou Second Hospital and three hospitals in the Lankao region, supporting the group’s domestic and international healthcare footprint.
